The Double-Daring Camp for Girls, Brooklyn Summer 2010

Dates: One week sessions from June 28th – July 30th.

Per Week Fee: $275

Girls Rule!  From Joan of Arc to Michelle Obama women have done fabulous things throughout history.  Along with our love of nail polish, perfume and fashion we adore Frida Khalo, rock climbing, and a good spy mission.  This camp will encourage girls to be adventurous, creative and most of all, daring. 

Knowledge, confidence and a bit of bravada.   During the week-long session girls will learn, explore and create items that reinforce their innate powers to solve problems, understand and shape the world around them.  

Activities Include:

Make Paper Mache Pinatas
Master the Games Your Mother Played
Build a Fort
Start a Band
Pinhole Potography
Paint a Self-Portrait
Tie-Dyes Fashions
Learn the Science of Perfume and Soap Making

 The Double-Daring Camp for Girls, will operate from the Mount Lebanon Church Learning Center on Lewis and Decatur.
Available Dates: One week sessions from June 28th – July 30th.  The camp will operate from 9 am to 5 pm.
